- A high percentage of email reach recipients avoiding spam filters.
- Emails are presented and reach clients in a consistent format (careful construction allows email to reach clients with no rendering issues)
- Care is taken not to overload email servers used to send email.

Prevention of spam filtering
· Some plain text is included
· Email originates from genuine sender
Email client compatibility:
· Constructed using a basic table layout (compatible with almost all email clients).
· White space removed from HTML to prevent white space bug putting extra space between table cells.
· Simple inline styles used.
Load on mail server / prevention of spam filtering
· Emails are sent in batches of 5 with a 1 second pause between each send
· Emails are send to singular recipients not groups
Tracking of success
· A report detailing any email addresses which we could not send to is be provided.
· You will receive a list of addresses which fail to receive your email shot.
Unsubscribe feature
· An unsubscribe feature allows customers to ask to be removed from your mailing list.
